  1. In a mixing bowl take all the ingredients for cutlet except bread crumbs and oil..
  2. In the mixing bowl make a well in the middle and place a small steel bowl..
  3. Burn the charcoal till it red and place in the steel bowl..
  4. Immediately put few drops oil and 1tbsp green tea on the charcoal and close with a lid completely. Leave for 3-4mins..
  5. Remove the lid and charcoal bowl carefully..
  6. Now add breadcrumbs to the mixture and make cutlets..
  7. In a nonstick pan fry them with 2tsp oil till both sides turn brown and crispy..
  8. Serve hot with any chutney of your choice..
